The Permanent Representative of Algeria to the United Nations, Mr. Amar Bendjama, was speaking at a pledging conference at UNRWA, where he reiterated the urgent need for humanitarian actors amidst “the incessant attacks of the occupying power” and the “widespread famine in Ghaza”. In addition to calling for a “more stable and sustainable financial model for UNRWA” to meet the requirements of the current situation.
